Breakfast:
I changed it up a little and had bacon with eggs and sweet potato toast. I love having toast for my eggs and sweet potatoes are a great alternative.
Lunch:
Lunch was very on the go today. Turkey and procuitto wrapped with avocado, some olives, and of course more coffee!
Dinner:
We made a delicious dinner from a Whole30 recipe website tonight. Nola and I had a great time preparing it and it was delicious, even though I bought the wrong dressing and made it Ranch chicken instead of Greek 😳.
Today I was able to run my second day of Couch to 5K and go to a Barre3 class. Yea! It felt so great.
As far as Whole30 goes, I have been feeling the typical "hangover" from the detox of sugar and what not. Today was better than yesterday, so hopefully it keeps getting better.
