Day 2

No fancy pictures today, but all in all it was a good day.  I ate what I planned.  However, I did not have time to exercise today which was a bummer.
Food today was: hash and eggs for breakfast, salmon salad on lettuce with avocado for lunch, egg for snack, and a thai beef lettuce wraps for dinner. (http://www.wholesomelicious.com/slow-cooker-instant-pot-thai-beef-lettuce-wraps-paleo-whole30/)
